Celebrating 250 years of American women
This month marks 250 years of America and in that time thousands of women have fought for our progress so that future female generations can access it and push us further. Decisions over our own bodies, financial independence, reaching new career heights, holding public office, the path to feel, share, and create. The right to decide.
We must continue this work. We decide what the next 250 look like.
Sign up for updates as we continue to roll out new Sam Support Sessions that support ongoing progress — importantly, yours.
To celebrate those women that came before us and help continue our progress, Sam will donate 20% of all sessions booked from June 14-July 4 to the National Women’s Law Center to support the fight for women—in the courts, in public policy, and in our society.
Featured Sessions that move you forward
Support Sessions are private, 1-hour or less sessions with real human Experts (no AI here) that include follow-up and customized action plans to guide you in your journey.
When Big Decisions Come to Town
Want to be more involved in your community to make change but don’t know where to start?
In this session, you’ll learn from Sam Expert Maggie Doucette on how local decisions move through government, where residents have influence, how to read the signals that something important is happening, and practical ways to participate effectively.
Regardless of whether it’s a data center, environmental concern, redevelopment project, school issue, or something else, you will leave with confidence in how to speak up in your community and know that your voice matters.
Let’s Get You to the Moon
You’re ready for a career move but it isn’t just about finding a new job—it’s about creating a life and work that feel aligned, meaningful, and energizing.
In this session, you’ll define a concrete, purpose-driven plan for the next steps in your career so you can move forward with confidence. You’ll leave with renewed clarity, a sense of possibility, and focus and momentum toward a career path that aligns with your values and energizes your life.
Kind to You, too
Lasting performance doesn’t come from pushing harder—it comes from supporting yourself better. You’re driven but often hard on yourself when things don’t go as planned. You want to sustain your motivation without relying on pressure or perfectionism.
In this session, you’ll leave with a plan to help you apply self-compassion to make the tools stick and sustain your effort without burning out.
Self-care for the Caregiver
Caregiving can be all-consuming—leaving you feeling depleted, unseen, and disconnected from your own needs and joy. In this 60-minute session, Sam Expert Jenna Teague creates a supportive, structured space to help you reconnect with yourself while honoring the realities of your caregiving role. Together, you’ll explore how caregiving has shaped your identity, practice guilt-reducing boundary strategies, and learn tools for emotional renewal that fit your current life.
